Choose the Visa, Not the Guesswork.

Australia offers dozens of visa subclasses, each with its own eligibility rules, points thresholds and evidence requirements. Choosing the wrong one wastes fees, time and future entitlements.

Our MARA-registered migration agents assess your profile against the current framework, recommend the strongest pathway and lodge the application with a full evidence file. The pages below cover the 17 visas we support most frequently.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

How do I know which Australian visa is right for me?

The right subclass depends on your purpose of stay, qualifications, work experience, family circumstances and long-term residency intent. Our first consultation maps your profile against every viable pathway and recommends the strongest option before any fees are paid.

What is the difference between a temporary and permanent visa?

Temporary visas grant stay for a defined period tied to a purpose such as study, work or visit. Permanent visas give indefinite residence, Medicare access and a pathway to citizenship. Many temporary visas act as stepping stones to permanent categories.

Are Sky Consultants registered with MARA?

Yes. Every immigration file is handled by an agent registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority. Your MARA number is provided in writing at the start of the engagement, in line with the Code of Conduct.

Can I include family members on my visa?

Most Australian visas allow inclusion of a spouse and dependent children as secondary applicants, either at initial lodgement or through a later subsequent-entrant application. Family inclusion rules and evidence requirements vary by subclass.

How long does a typical visa application take?

Processing times vary widely by subclass, from weeks for visitor visas to years for parent categories. The Department of Home Affairs publishes updated global processing time ranges each month and we advise on the current window for your chosen subclass.

What happens if my visa is refused?

Most decisions are reviewable through the Administrative Review Tribunal within a strict time limit. We assess the refusal reasons, advise whether review, reapplication or a different subclass is the better strategy, and represent you through the appeal.
